Kirk Smeaton is the most southerly village in North Yorkshire. Historically the village previously resided in the West Riding of Yorkshire.
Kirk Smeaton Parish Council Mission Statement:
To foster the social, economic and environmental welfare of the Kirk Smeaton Parish and to contribute to a sustainable, safe and inclusive community.
